1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using K2 Sim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of K2 Sim after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
K2 Sim is a backtesting and market-analysis tool that allows users to study historical market data, compare similar prior setups, and review outcome distributions, probabilities, and statistical patterns. K2 Sim is not investment advice, trading advice, or a financial advisory service. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.
3. Subscription and Billing
Access to K2 Sim requires a paid subscription at $49 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of a billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of K2 Sim. You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar means to access, extract, or collect data from the platform. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content, data, or results obtained through the service. You agree to use K2 Sim only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
K2 Sim is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Historical data and backtesting results do not guarantee future performance or outcomes. Market conditions change, and past patterns may not repeat. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results obtained will be accurate or reliable. All market activity involves risk, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information from the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K2 Summit LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of K2 Sim. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of K2 Sim after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
