How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Account page and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel anytime, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

What data does K2 use?

K2 Sim uses real historical market data sourced from professional-grade data providers. This includes daily price data (open, high, low, close, volume) for U.S. equities. We do not use simulated or synthetic data.

How accurate is the backtesting?

Backtesting results reflect what historically happened in similar setups. They show outcome distributions and probabilities based on real data. However, historical patterns do not guarantee future results. Market conditions change, and past performance is not predictive.

What stocks are available?

K2 Sim covers a broad universe of U.S. equities. The exact list of available symbols depends on data availability and is updated regularly. You can search for any ticker within the app to check coverage.

How do I reset my demo walkthrough?

Open the app, go to your Account settings, and look for the "Reset Demo" option. This will restart the guided walkthrough from the beginning without affecting your saved strategies or data.
